Figure Drawings

Drawing the figure is central to Dan’s practice and he has drawn from the nude every week for over thirty years. His recent work using rapid gesture drawings in a unified composition with the negative spaces colored in to propel the figures forward.  This work resulted in a recent show and workshop at the Boston Museum of Science called Art, Anatomy and Everything In Between.
